Answer. Thanks so much for the help! I tried absolutely everything yesterday (closed and reopened the doc, restarted computer etc.) and nothing seemed to work. Not sure if there was an update overnight but when I came into work this morning, it's back to normal! If it does it again I'll upload the file for further investigation.
